Custom Order Minimums
All orders require a minimum of 50 invitation or ambiance packages. Additional packages may be purchased in increments of 25.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of event products and invitations, we will not be able to accept returns based on customer input errors (this includes typos and layout change requests). All sales are final unless the error is made by Lola Felli. Lola Felli is confident that you will be happy with your product and will make every attempt possible to ensure that your product meets your standards (and ours).

In the event that a return is necessary, they will be considered under the following conditions only:
• All requests for returns must be approved by us within two business days of receipt of order.
• Merchandise must be in new condition, unaltered and clean.
• No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you can request damages from the shipping company.
• Clients are responsible for shipping costs to and from Lola Felli, unless we are responsible for the return due to sending an incorrect order.

Due to the intricate hand-crafted nature of the design process and cost of supplies, deposits are non-refundable after Lola Felli receives your signed order form.

Lola Felli’s design process takes approximately 8 weeks from the day we receive your signed order to the day you receive your order. Shipping is calculated at $15 per 50 packages. We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. International shipping rates will increase the rate noted above.

Lola Felli’s preferred shipping vendor is the United Parcel Service (UPS), and most orders and samples are shipped via UPS. Although Lola Felli believes UPS to be a reliable and dependable shipping provider, shipping is not guaranteed by Lola Felli. In the event that an act of God interrupts the shipping service, Lola Felli is NOT responsible for this or shipments that are lost, stolen, and/or damaged during the shipping process. Please know that Lola Felli takes all precautionary steps possible to avoid any shipping issues, but will not be held responsible.

Final Proof Approval
Each invitation or ambiance package piece will be created and photographed for your approval prior to finishing your order. We highly recommend that you submit approval via email within 48 hours of receiving the proof. Lola Felli cannot guarantee delivery within the original timeframe of 8 weeks if your proof approval takes longer than 48 hours.

Lola Felli is not responsible for any mistakes found after the approval process. You are fully responsible for finding and reporting any incorrect text or design details to Lola Felli before production begins. If you have chosen: “FINAL APPROVAL WITHOUT PROOF,” your order may already be in production and we will not be able to incorporate any changes.

Once we have received your confirmation (via email, fax, or mail) stating that everything is correct and there are no mistakes, we will begin the production process and finalize your order. Please be sure to look over your proofs thoroughly to ensure the highest satisfaction.

Please also note that during your proofing process, we are unable to make preferential changes to your pearlescent base color as that paper is ordered and cut the very day we receive your signed order form; however, we can accommodate preferential changes to watercolors, stamp colors and ribbons within 48hrs of proofing for an additional fee of $100. Preferential changes may add an additional two weeks to your production timeline, as we may have to order additional paint, ink, and ribbon to fulfill your order.

Requests to Delay Production
If a need should arise to delay production of an order, after final proof approval, the option to delay production may not be possible. Requests to delay production will be handled by Lola Felli on a case by case basis. In addition, any changes to the order that are requested, once final approval by client is given, will be subject to additional charges.
